  1. Hi Jian

Works really well but how can you tag just a category without any keywords?

    1. Hi Neil,

Thank you for your interest and encouragement.

Tagging just the category is unsupported. I will add that onto the next release.

  2. Jian,

We have Management Server Version 9 Build 9.0.1.95 and we installed the plugin and are having problems with the toolbar (has menus for Properties, Action, Linking, etc.) not showing above the page viewer panel in SmartEdit in edit mode after we have edited a page a while with TagIt installed on it. Have you heard of this problem? Is our build too old? Actaully what is the latest build of Version 9?

    Thanks,
    Rob

    1. Hi Rob,

Yup, if there is a error/typo in JavaScript, then that action menu will not show in version 7.5 to 9.

However, I just reviewed the readme.txt regarding usage in SmartEdit. The JavaScript in there is self contained, so I don't think it is the source of the error. However, if you remove that line, do things start working again?

    2. Sorry for delay in responding. We got it working. I can't recall the reason.

  3. Is there way to tag keywords automatically when pages are created?

    1. Yes, preassign keywords to content class of the page. This is out of box functionality.

  4. Jian,

One of our clients is using TagIt and moving to Chrome for content editing. Does it work in Chrome?

    2. Newest version is available.

Tested in WSM 11.1 HF 4.

It is available in Firefox, Chrome, and IE.

      Please reinstall plugin.

  5. Hi Jian,
Does it support "corrections like typos" in existing categories/keywords? Also can we add new categories/keywords using it?

    Thanks
